  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to complete the agreed-upon laundry service (e.g., failure to pick up, process, or deliver within the specified time frame), a refund may be issued.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Inspection Process: We will conduct a thorough investigation to confirm that any damage, loss, or service failure was due to SpotlessSpin’s handling and not caused by pre-existing conditions, incorrect use, or lack of care instructions from the customer.

  • Limitations: SpotlessSpin uses cold water washing and high-heat drying processes as outlined in our Service Agreement. Claims related to damages caused by these processes (e.g., shrinking or fading) will not be eligible for a refund, as they align with our service procedures.

  • Special Instructions: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide any specific care instructions for delicate or specialty items at the time of booking. Failure to do so may void the eligibility for a refund.

3. Refund Request Procedure
